Thomas G. Schober is a shareholder and Managing Partner at Schober Schober & Mitchell, S.C. As a CPA and an Attorney, Tom focuses his practice on corporate and business law and commercial real estate. Tom also writes title insurance in Wisconsin and Illinois for Attorney’s Title Guaranty Corporation.
For fun, Tom flies his antique Piper Cub and has served as a commissioner and chairman of the Waukesha County Airport Commission. He has lived his entire life in Waukesha County. He attends Our Saviors Church in Oconomowoc. Tom and his wife, Patty, raised their six children in Summit, near the firm's Oconomowoc office, where Tom works. Tom hosts a monthly legal call-in talk show on WTKM, Hartford, 104.9 FM.

John M. Bruce is a shareholder in the firm of Schober Schober & Mitchell, and practices out of that firm’s office in New Berlin, Wisconsin. He represents businesses and individuals in general civil litigation. He also represents municipalities. In addition, John is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin courts, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
He is the author of articles published in The Municipality, the monthly magazine of the League of Wisconsin Municipalities, and has been a speaker at seminars related to Wisconsin land use laws, real estate litigation, and commercial and residential evictions.

Todd is also available for client consultation from the firm's New Berlin location. Prior to joining the firm, Todd practiced business law and real estate for 5 years with a downtown Milwaukee law firm.
Todd is a member of the Waukesha County Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, is an active member of the New Berlin Rotary Club, an active Board Member of the Southwest Branch of the Greater Milwaukee YMCA and has been a Big Brother mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program of Milwaukee since 1999. He currently resides in Wauwatosa with his wife and two children.
